You can't boot from just the ISO file on a USB stick. Whoops, forgot to mention that it was Windows 10 and it is on an MSI motherboard.

I'd like to report a 90% successful install of Windows 8 x64 Professional on the Windpad 110W. What I can't get working is revealed at the bottom. I also installed Windows 8 pro, but via upgrade (I am the one with the Biuetooth notnworking properly in the first place). But now all is working and I really like it!
